The home is stocked with everything Except: linens, towels, (kitchen and bath) paper goods (toilet paper and paper towels ). Flashlight if arriving at night. A shovel in case of snowfall.

We require a 30 day cancelation notice for regular stay and a 60 day for holiday.

The home is loaded with almost everything you would expect to make your stay very nice and comfortable. 42” Plasma t.v. with DVD player and satellite. Stereo with CD player, Wood burning stove, oversized bathtub, Microwave and coffeemaker, Blender, Gas barbeque, enormous outdoor redwood deck with a peek-a-boo view of the lake.

YES, the lake is an easy 10 minute walk from the house and the Village is less than 1 mile away and an enjoyable walk.

The Village features a Stater Brothers as well as a Jensens minimart less than a ½ mile from the house.
